![]() ![]() I know that this is probably possible, but I'm spinning my wheels trying to find anything on it. I don't even care if I can only save the body of emails for contacts that are already listed as contacts within my database (so it doesn't necessarily need to create any records - just add to them). ![]() What I'm looking for is the ability to send an email to Airtable and save the content of it in a Text Field. from all of that information within the emails. For Airtable Enterprise Scale plan users, you must grant Zapier access to Airtable in your allowlist Are there usage limits Yes: You can create up to 20 tokens per Airtable user. Are any special account permissions required Yes: You must verify your email address on Airtable. Optionally: triggers when any record (new or existing) is first. Is a paid Airtable plan required No: View Airtables plans. Its never been easier to update events on your calendar from you database. Zapier does manual, repetitive tasks so that you don’t have to. Microsoft Outlook is a web-based suite of webmail, contacts, tasks, and calendaring services. We make scheduling simple and eliminate the back-and-forth emails. I've looked into whether this is a possibility with Airtable, and it seems like the solutions that are out there (TaskRobin, MailParser, etc.) are a little too narrow in scope - they allow you to determine EXACTLY what super-specific information you want to save from an email and set up rules, filters, etc. This integration helps by automatically creating a Microsoft Outlook event with details from a new record in a specific Airtable view. Calendar is an all-in-one calendar application with personalized scheduling, team scheduling, availability time slots, and analytics. ![]() We're currently Salesforce users looking to jump ship, but the one thing my team actually likes about Salesforce is that they can hit a button within Outlook to save emails into the corresponding record in Salesforce. ![]()
